Knights of the Living Forest

“Knights of the Living Forest” Advocates for Causes in Support of the Natural Landscape and Wildlife

Participants learn about chivalry as it pertains to the environment. The program empowers today’s youths, who are tomorrow’s citizens and civic leaders, to become environmental stewards who stand up for a sustainable, healthy environment. We encourage everyone to get involved and help shape the environmental health of their public places. Participants experience activities in their local community while learning what it means to be an environmental steward and an advocate for the environment.

We have these 4 core goals:

  • Improve connections to nature and quality of life in cities and urban areas
  • Enhance forest benefits in cities by restoring our forested parks and natural areas
  • Involve an active community in park stewardship projects
  • Ensure long-term community support

We learn much from the Indigenous Tribes standing up for Tribal Rights and Protection of the Environment.
“Thank you, Billy Frank, for the Legacy you leave to the Pacific Northwest.”
